Ms. Mendoza is a dynamic product of the Fil-Estate Group of Companies and handled its sales professionals’ training development and human resources department under one of its marketing arms, Fil-Estate Realty Sales Associates Inc. She will be bringing to M.E.P.I. the wealth of years of seasoned real estate experience as she meets up to the challenge of being our new Organizational Development Directress (O.D.D.).

As O.D.D., she will be in charge of facilitating creating new sales and training programs while helping out with the enhancement of our current organizational structure in line with our company’s vision and mission.

Let us all welcome her with open arms and give her all the support she needs.

2nd Quarter General Assembly 2010

The 2nd Quarter General Assembly of 2010 formally pushed thru last July 15 at the Brickroad Sta Lucia East Grand Mall. The theme for this Quarter’s event is Olympics and the agents showcased their talents furthermore when they arrived wearing sports inspired outfits.

 Mr John de Guzman started the forum with a song-prayer Power of your love. He proceeded to explain that the President’s Forum is the brainchild of Mr Bobby Gonzales. Its purpose is to e able to meet and talk to his downline. They explained that they started with scheduling a meeting with their DFS every week and now they wish to start meeting with the Sales Managers gradually. The reason would be to listen to their concerns or suggestions and to encourage their leadership skills.

 SirJohn presented the SalesManager’s withthe company’s Production for the year 2010 (January 2010 till June 13, 2010) He presented both the company’s performance as a whole and per division’s performance. According to the current data, we are still averaging around 40m in production every month. About the same as with last year. The difference is that Last year, we believed that MEPI has reached that Average because of the opening of a new project in Tarlac: Greenmeadows. However, even without a new project we are still able to maintain last years average, proving that we are improving with the production. The Sales Manager’s expressed their belief that the production average would still rise as it is only half of the year.

 After Sir John’s presentation, Mr Bobby Gonzales presented his speech regarding having Positive attitudes. He wish to impart to  the Sales Managers that are present that instead of constantly complaining they should think positive and work harder. He had presented several stories, alot which is based on his experience, showing examples of having a positive attitude in life.

Mr Gonzales and Mr. de Guzman has then presented a possible new project to teh SMs that they can look forward to in the near future.

The Forum ended with a small merienda followed briefly by a question and answer betweem the SMs, Mr Gonzales and Mr. de Guzman

Grand Open House and Club House Inauguration

The Grand Open house of Monteverde Tarlac was held last May 15, 2010 at Monteverde tarlac. The Highlight of the said event was the blessing of the new Club House of the Subdivision. Special Guests were MEPI president, Bobby Gonzales, Senior vice Presidents- Randy Nonato and John De Guzman, Division 1 VP- Bai Geronimo, Division 3 VP- Malou Santos, Division 8 VP- Lita Acube with Special Guest Elvis Prestey
